Mirage Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms: By using Mirage, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Age Restriction: By using Mirage, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Health Warning: Mirage contains intense visual effects that may affect photosensitive users or those with certain medical conditions. Do not use Mirage if you’re sensitive to such effects.

Payments: All payments, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple. The user assumes any payment-related costs or fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period expires. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple App Store account settings.

Limitation of Liability: Mirage is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages, injury, or harm resulting from use of the app. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any and all claims is capped at $10.

Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Eligibility and Termination: If you violate or disagree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using Mirage. Uninstall the app immediately.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
